the computer turn on but the screen dont show up i dont have signal on hdmi cable plug in mobo, and after i plug my display port on my gpu and my screen detect signal and open normally

I have a problème. Since a buy a rtx 3070,when I start my computer the operating system doesn't show up and I just have a black screen. All my usb devine such as my keyboard, mouse, rgb led and headphone led lit up but i don't see anything on my monitor. Its look live there is no signal, but then i shutdown by pressing power buttons. After I immediatly start my computer and the BIOS screen show up, then i press escape to exit bios and my computer start normaly. It make me this eatch time I want to start . Sorry for my english i'm from Québec. i need your solutions pls.

I recently bought the matrexx 70 and I was wondering what was the best configuration of the fans to have the best airflow possible.The box has several places for fans, 3 in front, 3 above, 1 behind and 2 below towards the front. (attached image)(PS: the components on image are only as a model, my configuration is written if you need) I have 6 deepcool rgb cf120 fans and and 2 others normal 120mm fan if necessary. However I must consider my 120mm h60 corsair aio and find it the best place for efficiency.Would a push-pull configuration be better for my aio? CONFIG(if necessary): CPU: Intel Core i5 @ 2.90GHz RAM: 16,0 Go Dual-Channel Unknown @ 3200mhz Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z370P D3-CF (U3E1) GPU: 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (Gigabyte) (WINDFORCE 2 FANS) Storage: 238GB Samsung SSD 860 PRO 256GB (SATA (SSD)) 1863GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1ER164 (SATA ) Thank you, I await your recommendation
