welp then I'm fucked since it's impossible to even get into surface's pro 6 soldered ram

Hey guys, In last few months I had around 3 BSOD with memory management error code, and I noticed I was getting those when my ram was getting filled (and since I have 8Gb it's pretty easy to do so). So when it crashed today I was bit over it and finally tried to do something about it. I installed all updates, drivers, made chkdsk and sfc and so on I tried running MemTest86 and I think I finally found issue. And finally the question is: what do I do now? I don't know much about ram but I guess it's one corrupted chip? Getting it fixed physically is impossible as you know so if there's a solution it needs to be made in software : ( thanks for your help ps.
