So i played some GTA V and the CPU usage is around 30%-45% all times and GPU usage is around 50%-80% (80% only when there were a lot of people shooting in a small area). And no, i haven't overclocked anything.

I've have had two computers now and they seem to have the same problem. Let me give you an overview now. This all started with my last computer after i had used it for about 2 years. I had a GTX 1060, an I5-6600, and 8GB of ram. I updateted my drivers and cleaned my parts but nothing seemed to work so i bought a brand new computer 3 months ago. Everything seemed great until about a month ago when the same thing started happening. I see noticeable spikes in the CPU usage, GPU usage, Power%. Right now i have an RTX 2060, Ryzen 2600X, 8GB of ram, 450W PSU, MSI A320M PRO-E mobo, 64 bit Windows. I have cleaned my computer and updateted my drivers but no hope. Any help will be much appreciated.
