  1. Thank you so much. I disabled the boost in bios and I tested rainbow 6 in T hunt and im no longer getting the stutter and now im getting stable frames, my cpu isnt throttling anymore. Thank you so much for your help and time
  2. I am using a cryorig H7, before i was using a hyper 212 evo
  3. aight so basically yesterday i upgraded from an old amd phenom II x6 1055t (OC from 2.8ghz to 3.2ghz) processor to an equally old FX8350. after playing with overclocking i decided to keep it at base block although in task manager it's usually around 4.4-4.5ghz. Playing any game is fine except rainbow six siege. i get anywhere between 120-170 fps in 1080p lowest settings and every 20-30 seconds the clock drops from 4-4.4ghz to 1.6ghz resulting in frame drops and input lag before it literally snaps back to being super high. This makes siege unplayable and i dont know whats causing this as every other game is fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
