i installed all of them but it is still not working do u know other Solutions ?

So i was uninstalling useless Softwares from my pc but i uninstalled by mistake 2 Softwares from Microsoft corporation i think it was c++ but i am not sure and now i cant Play league of legends anymore… i am able to start the Client log in and pick my Champion but when it Comes to laoding into the game it is visable for 1 sec befor it gets shut down immediatly… does anybody now what i can do to solve this Problem?
