  1. Thanks for the reply, but the thing is I had this laptop for a like a month now and it never happened to me before. I game fine on it and I never experienced and thermal throttling before ever. Now any basic program that I open takes the the cpu temp from idling 35 degrees to 100 real quick under 30 seconds or so. I'd like to say that on my task manager "WMI Provider Host" is taking a lot of cpu usage for some reason and when i checked theres an error related to Microsoft Visual C++ 2008
  2. Yes I did I have it now on full speed using the gaming utility that came with itand actually now im running a full scan using Kaspersky cloud service to check for any malware that might be causing this and its stressing my cpu and making it hit 100 degrees. Im just confused on how fast the cpu goes to 100 degrees...
  3. I have a new Dell G3 with an i5 9300H coupled with a GTX1650. It was running great until I was playing Payday 2 and suddenly I notice a huge fps drop I downloaded Realtemp and noticed that the cpu is at 100 degrees celsius i closed the game immediately, and that's when my problems started I reopened the game after I let my laptop cool down and instantly the cpu hits 100 degrees again! I tried to open another game and still the problem presist... Basically now any cpu or gpu intensive applications makes the cpu hit 100 degrees. Note: The cpu instantly goes to 100, its like a switch and the laptop is new and never had this issue with cooling before and never encountered thermal throttling before either. All help from you guys will be deeply appreciated and sorry for this horrible english.
