  1. Hello! I recently ran some benchmarks, and realized that my cpu was under performing. After a bit of investigation, I realized that my turbo clock speed was 2.7ghz, when the base clock is 3.7ghz. This made no sense, so I reset my bios and tried again, with the same result. Everything is functioning like normal though... in the task manager, the speed never surpasses 2.7ghz. In the bios, it says that it is at 3.7ghz though. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
