    My specs is Cpu. I5 9400f Gpu gtx 1650 gigabyte 4g oc single fan Ram 8gb ddr4 2400mhz adata xpg flame Gigabyte b365m gaming HD mobo In every game only 40 to 50 fps achieve and some games it is drop to 15 to 25fps If I change settings no change in fps Gpu usage is limited to only 40 to 60% Cpu is always 100% no apps running in background. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS.
