I’ve just bought a shinny new, 21:9 Samsung monitor (LS34J550WQUXEN). It has great specs, 1440p at 75Hz however when connecting over Display port and pushing it to 75Hz a strange red pattern appears in the left side of the screen. This pattern appears no matter which port I use, either of the 2 HDMI or thedisplay port. However when lowering the screen to 60hz no such problem pattern happens.
is there a magic setting I can change or is it more likely, faulty hardware ?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700
GPU: ASUS 1660Ti
RAM: 16gb
Motherboard: B450 tomahawk.
