Yada yada, first time posting.
Hey every one, I just picked up A Sceptre C30 200 hz 21:9 monitor so I can work from home with the more real estate. My intention was to use the monitor connected to my laptop, an Alienware M15 r2 and my tower so I can bounce back between tasks (games) and maybe even use PIP modes.
The problem I have is that the monitor only reads one plunged in input at a time, meaning that in order for the Display port source to show up on my monitor it can be the only/the first input plunged in, and I have to unplug it for the HDMI to source to show up. Any one have any ideas?
