  1. This is now most likely a memory error, you might have faulty RAM sticks in your machine
  2. Yeah, true, I meant more though that the software can then be sampled to a higher resolution than that of the display. It is still output at the same 720p though
  3. Yes and no. I used to use supersampling up to 1080p on my AMD laptop to have the display show more after my replacement screen came back as a 720p panel
  4. Brilliant! I'm glad to hear it! Hopefully the record keeps growing!
  5. Try disabling fast startup Try flashing a new BIOS Try updating vital drivers through device manager, like the display driver I know this website isn't the best, but it's what I've found so far
  6. I guess that could make sense since it's not an OEM drive and it has just been suddenly added? In all the contexts that people have had this issue before though, they have been using physically external drives and haven't been trying to install a new internal drive, although I'm sure any fix to that issue would fix this too. Don't worry about it, ich möchte dir helfen! Have you tried this? https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250718774?page=3
  7. Ah right, sorry that's my fault, I read too quickly and didn't see that you'd done that. After a quick Google search, this seems to be a pretty widespread issue with Catalina and external drives. I don't know why you're getting this issue with an internal SSD, but I'll see if I can find anything promising for you
  8. And this is where my A level German and setting my iPhone to German comes into play! Did you try using the partitioning tool in teh macOS installer to completely wipe the new drive to APFS and then also ensure that the old drive wasn't listed at all? Like if you go back into the macOS installer then you should get a section that allows you to choose the drive it is installed on, then it should give you the option to format it to APFS (Apple File System). I think this could be the issue because of the "Aktivieren von "AppleAPFSMedia" ist fehlgeschlagen" error
  9. 5GHz isn't the only consideration to make. Current 4GHz Ryzen chips only lag behind Intel chips that are being pushed to the 5GHz mark in terms of single core performance very slightly. When the new chips come out, they'll have made improvements across the board, more importantly where you want it, in terms of single core performance. My situation is kinda the opposite of yours, I spent a comparable amount of money for an 9600KF that can reach 4.8GHz on all 6 cores, when I could've gone for a 12 thread Ryzen 3600 that would have beaten it handily in more modern titles, but I invested in Intel instead as the programs I tend to use favour single core performance
  10. Go for the second one, it has double the RAM, a processor that is newer by 2 years, a larger display. Although it has a slower hard disk, this can be very easily upgraded to a fast SSD
  11. Ah right. How about if you switch off the iGPU again and then plug in separate monitors to both GPUs, that seems like the only solution I can think of to be honest. Or try using Nvidia Control Panel and Radeon Settings to set options for certain games, it could potentially override the other GPU if one has your custom settings for a game and the other doesn't have any (or has been specifically selected to not use the discrete GPU)?
Sorry, perhaps it only wants you to use the 5700XT... you should try and find out if there is a method to use the integrated GPU to pass through an image from either the 5700XT or 2080ti
  13. Windows soll man eine Wahl zwischen unterschiedliche GPUs geben, höffentlich wird es einer von der zwei (z.B. 5700XT) als Power Saving nennen, und dann der anderer als High Performance nennen (z.B. 2080ti)
