think ill try this first, it just crashed 3 times in a row when I started it back up and opened a few tabs, ive turned off my xmp profile and it was still crashing so im not sure at this point

Hello, I finished building my first proper gaming pc a couple of weeks ago and it went pretty smoothly other than a few issues caused by AMDs bad GPU drivers e.g. black screens and crashing which seemed to have been improved by their latest driver update. However early last week I decided to pump my RAM speed up to its rated speed (3200mHz) which is also the rated speed of the motherboard for RAM. I also changed the stock wraith cooler for an NZXT Kraken X42 AIO. I did these within the same week so I am struggling to identify the cause of my issues. the past couple of days my PC keeps crashing, yesterday during a game and when I tried reopening the game the game kept crashing and opening up discord caused the whole computer to crash, it then crashed later in the same day watching YouTube, and last week crashed a few time notably on shutdown. originally I was thinking it was something to do with the RAM being bumped up to 3200mHz but I used the D.O.C.P preset to do so in the bios and as I said the RAM and motherboard are rated to 3200mHz. I used memtest to stress test the Ram last night and it completed 100% with no errors at all. I really noticed the crashes after installing the AIO but all temps seem to be fine (CPU never goes over 53 degrees gaming, GPU sits at about 70 degrees while gaming and the RAM didn't go over 46 degrees while stress testing). The only other thing I can think to be causing it is that the native RAM speed for the Ryzen 7 is 2933mHz? But I'm not sure why this would cause instability as others are running RAM at 3600mHz? The only other thing I think it may be is just bad drivers? I know AMD have big issues with their GPU driver and I've also heard that NZXTs software can cause crashes/instability when it clashes with other drivers/software? System specs are as follows: - Ryzen 7 2700x at stock speeds - Rx 5700xt - ASUS TUF Gaming B450 Plus Mobo - 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200mHz - NZXT Kraken X42 AIO Any help would be greatly appreciated. UPDATE: I have used Prime95 to stress test the system with just either of the ram sticks at one at a time, and then both of the ram sticks together and the computer didn't freeze like it did before, I did this with xmp off and the ram speeds running at auto.
