    I don‘t think so... I have a PC which has poor performance just like ResPi,it has Celeron J1900@1.99GHz CPU and Only 4 Gigabytes of RAM...WITH NO GPU!!!(or Intel core graphics is kind of?) but I Could run Minecraft with ≈40fps (ps:which is really low but for me is very pretty) Through my efforts... I didn't feel shame at all! Actually,I feel proud of my self beacause I made this stuff "playable" (ps:kind of?)This PC costs my grandpa only 400￥(little lower than 60 USD). Oh,it can even run Visual Studio Community 2019 and Complie simple C++ and C# code!
