Ive got a I7 6700 Skylake, wiped with lint free towel and the isoprpyl alcohol liquid, grain of rice sized thermal paste, the tubes are vibrating so guess thats pumping water through, the fan only turns on when needed but changed in bios to be 100% going and can confirm does work, the cooler is brand new but the I7, ive had this for 3 years, ive ordered a typical intel stock air cooler which should arive tomorrow as the only component changed is the AIO so that should help troubleshoot the issue, i believe it is the AIO (maybe a crap one) but we'll soon find out, thanks for the help and i will keep this updated as may help someone in the future!
Hi guys, just an update, tried re-seating the cooler and put anoyher brand of thermal pasted and same exact issue, soon as i boot into windows, all good temps but launch any games, hits 100 and blue screens. Also followed your instructions on the cross pattern of tighening as well.
