  1. thank you for your reply, can you elaborate on gpu 2? i don't know what that is sorry
  2. First off i will start with i have searched every forum i can find on the internet and none of the solutions on there have solved my issues and also none of them seem to be exactly the same as mine and after phoning a well known computer company in the uk for help and still no fixes i have decided to reach out to you guys. THE PROBLEM. when i try and play a high fps game or stress test after about 5 minutes my monitor loses signal and i can hear my gpu slowing down the fan. i can play games like crew 2 ( which is capped at 60 fps) for as long as i feel like but as soon as i try anything that creates more stress on my gpu it loses signal. THINGS I HAVE DONE TO TRY AND FIX. RMA'D my gpu but they stated that it was working fine and sent it back. borrowed my friends psu and it still happened. borrowed my friends ram and it still happened. deleted and reinstalled drivers. clean install of windows 10. ( without losing any programs) reset bios. reverted clockspeed back to standard on the gpu. and a bunch of setting changes. PC SPEC. intel i7 9700k asus z390-e gigabyte oc 2080 super corsair vengance pro rgb 2x8gb 3200 nzxt x52 dual fan liquid cooler for the cpu nzxt x52 dual fan liquid cooler and kraken g12 for the gpu seagate barracuda 4tb samsung m.2 970 evo 500gb ssd evga gq series 750 gold plus about 8 fans connected including the radiator fans fractal meshify c case MONITOR - ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR 2560X1440 165HZ MY TWO CENTS ON THE SITUATION. the problem started not long after installing the kraken g12 and i believe that when the gpu hits around 40c on the stress test it shuts down also at that time the back plate of the gpu is boiling. i am truly at the end of my tether and welcome any and all help offered. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
