  1. The issue wirhbrhe xbox is that it doesn't have any audio out options apart from a optical cable option and the mixer doesn't use those.
  2. Hey all, I'm so sorry that my first post here is begging for help, ut I'm about to go stirr crazy and desperly need help. I have a soundproofed studio for podcasting and thought it would be perfect to use for a bit of game streaming in between. I have the following sound equipment. Rode NT1A Mic. behringer xenyx X1222USB-Mixing desk. Streaming PC with a capture card (avermedia) that only has a hdmi input. The mixer is connected to the pc via USB and the line in channel on the sound card. The xbox doesn't allow the mixer to be connected directly via use, instead you need to connect it to the controller and use a splitter, as below https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....AC_SL1500_.jpg https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/i...HCUPV&usqp=CAU The "headphone" side goes to a channel in the mixer and that should be the game audio and my party chat friends. But the mic side? Where do I plug that? I need it to to go to the pc and also to the controller so that my "party" can hear me speak and of course I want to be able to hear them speak too and I want to be able to record them also How can I do this please? How do I need to set the mixer up in the pc and rhw cables into it etc, basically I need help like I'm a total n00b, because I am from setting stuff up. Thanks so much everyone.
  3. I've plugged in a 3.5mm jack into the in/out at the back of the xbox. AND that cables goes into a double quarter inch in channels 5/6 but I'm getting no sound, please help
