unfortunately that mobo doesn't support a cpu its is much better you can upgrade to 2700k but little difference i suggest you wait  till new parts arrive 

the chipset supports it but it isnt in mobos website but it might work

Ideally, all of it is going to your CPU If 2 GB are shown as hardware reserved, that means it could e.g. be a configuration issue in Windows: https://appuals.com/windows-10-wont-use-full-ram/
