it's dust free, i just cleaned it. i don't have integrated graphics. also, I did overclock the gpu recently. so how would i find out if it's a psu throttle?

Okay... yeah... there's something definitely wrong with my pc. Cod is using more of the CPU than it is using the GPU. from what I was looking at. GPU was at max of around 7-20& meanwhile my CPU stayed around 40-50%. What do I need to do to fix that?

the only other game I'm playing atm is LoL and Cod. LoL has the same issue but not as bad. I do know that Cod has been having a crap load of issues but it was perfectly fine a few days ago and now it goes from 120 FPS down to 50-70 and just keeps bouncing from there back and forth.
