so i got an rx 590 and i need a 8 pin and a 6 pin for it but i dont have a 6 pin anywhere in my pc

i have a Nvidia Geforce gtx 1060 oc 3gb and i wanna know how much i should sell it for

can i have a gtx 1060 and a amd radeon 560 in at the same time because i have an extra gpu just laying around and no one wants to buy it
