Hey all! I've been having some trouble with my GPU as of late and I'm trying to figure out what could be causing it. I bought an RX 580 not too long ago thinking that I'd be able to play most of my favorite games on higher settings, but that's not the case. Most games I play have some stutters that coincide with drops in GPU usage to 0% and I can't figure out why. Turning the settings down has no effect on these stutters. Any help would be appreciated!
