I dont know how to use linux or even install one sorry

Mobo driver and downloaded from amd.com same problem newer build windows 10 same problem

Hi all sorry i'm new at this forum and i really need some help my computer specs are: Mobo: asrock A320M-HDV Procc: AMD ryzen 3-2200G Graphics: APU vega graphics 8 Mem: 8gb dual channel DDR4 PSU: generic 450W so right now my computer dont act like normally due as you can see from the picture there were some graphics issue because the screen are ghosting or flickering like crazy after installing driver from AMD.com or even from third party driver installation but if the graphics driver uninstall it will be back to normal (microsoft standard graphics driver) so whats the sollution for my problem ? I really dont know what to do now thankyou for your help
