Did you tried a different program to prepare you flashdrive / pendrive for bios/uefi ? Maybe try some of those Ultraiso,Bootice,simboot,dlcdburner,yumi, media creation tool,usbtool, ?

Hi, every one First of all excuse my english and possibly typos. My laptop going for a bootloop (i see only the Acer logo and then its rebooting) idk why I can't repair it by windows it self (safe mode) when it try an usb on uefi mode it doesn't let any bootcd in i tried all i know ( Hiren's, Sergei Strelec, DLCDBOOT) and the windows repair one (PE) The only one that's booting is "boot repair disk" but it didn't fix my problem. On the legacy mode it loops when i choose an windows option (windows mini xp,7,8,8.1,10) Ps.
