  1. Just did that and something weird happend. The computer turned on but my monitor couldnt detect a signal and my mouses LED's didn't come on. The only slot it works in is DIMMB2 for some weird reason.
  2. I dont live alone but its the same ram as what was in there when i first got it. I can tell because it has a marking on it that i made on accident. I also noticed that the MHz is lower but i mainly want to fix the size first.
  3. I've actually had this issue before. Its the ram, try one stick in every slot. If that does work try the other stick in every single slot. If that doesn't work try your old ram.
  4. I have a single stick of 16 Gigabytes in my computer. Well i transferred my entire computer into a bigger case cause i was getting an AIO cooler. Everything was going well till i noticed a warning from bluestacks stating that memory was low. I went into task manager and noticed i only had 7.9 GB'S everywhere i checked i always said 7.9/8 even the bios. I dont know what caused this. I looked through other people having the problem and i tried every thing from switching slots to doing a fresh install of windows, nothing worked. Before you ask yes my pc can use 16 gigs of ram its an windows 10 pro x64 OS. Third party programs also detect 8 gigs of ram so i dont know what happened. Ive never messed with my ram besides turning on XMP boost which it can. Its 3200 MHz 16 gigs. Its about one year old so maybe its just worn out. I dont want to buy new ram unless i have too. something i noticed while typing this is that its showing up as unknown instead of the actual name of the ram. My specs: motherboard: Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS Cpu: Intel Core i7 9700K Ram: corsair vengeance 16x1 3200mhz. OS: Windows 10 pro x64 Gpu: RTX 2060 gigabyte. Psu: 1000 watt evga gold.
  5. ive done DDU. i have evga `1000g+ benchmarks are the same as always
  6. ive turned it off and on no diffrence in performance
  7. i play 3 games mainly fortnite, rainbow six siege and roblox yet recently on fortnite im only getting 30 fps on all low when i used to get 120 on all high. rainbow six siege is fine. roblox is really weird since its not a demanding game but im only getting 30 fps to 50 when i used to get 120 fps (fps unlocker) ive uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers. the only diffrence in my system from before and after is a fresh windows install and i got all the drivers. specs gpu: rtx 2060 ram: 16x2 corsair vengeance pro 3200 mhz cpu: i7 9700k oc 5.2 ghz with aio cooler.
  8. you just click my name and click follow pn my profile page. i have the exact same ram you have. my room is a complete mess ive cut my foot twice on a piece of memory laying on my floor i have two bins of computer parts and 3 bins of cables/ dongles. hope you can fix the tempature issue
  9. my computer is the most ghetto thing you will ever see i legit have the power suplly on the top of it and a hard drive hanging out. and an aio cooler just sitting on the top lol
  10. some come with water already in it and some dont you can open it up and see if theres any water in there if there is then dont add any. also you might have put to much paste which can increase temps also i love your computer its really pretty
  11. UPDATE: i used usermark that also compares your result to other results and my cpu is working way better then expected so i think its definitely 3dmark
