For the p400a the harddrive bracket is underneath the place where a 360mm rad would go so is there a way to install a hard drive without modding the case?

Im looking for a case with a front panel and side panel (preferably clear for both). Size needed is atx no need for included rgb or fans as long as good quality, white or black color scheme and has dust filters.

Will cable mode sleaves work for the h100i platinum corsair or the h115i pro rgb? Will either one work??? There is no listing on their website for it so im just wondering because im going to do a build and the platinum is more budget friendly rather than buying the h115i pro with 2 rgb fans so im not sure if the sleaving will work.
