Yes I have 2 x ssd's 1 is a 120gb ssd and the other is a 500gb ssd and I have a Corsair 750 watt psu, I do have a 1tb harddrive which im just using for storage

Ok im having a problem with my R7 3700x, it seems to be slow to open programs, when i click on certain programs it will hang for a few seconds before it attempts to open, after that its fine and runs everything fast. This is quite annoying as I upgraded from a R5 1600 in December and this was never a problem! I will post my computer specs below, im wondering if it's maybe my motherboard? the motherboard bios version is Version 5220. I will include a link to a video showing what i happening, any help would be much appreciated as I can not find this problem anywhere, thanks Mike.
