External monitor also didn't work, and no the fans are not spinning, the power led is glowing white but caps lock light not on

My hp laptop doesnt turn on. When I press the power button the screen slightly just flashes ,( you have to look closely to see it), and nothing happens! Edit:- the flashing thing happens continuously after I press the power button , also the flash is not like a bright light flash but just a subtle black flash ,(like the screen turns on and off )

I cant login to bluestacks 4 using google,facebook or twitter. Everytime I try to login the tab just goes black and freezes but i can use bluestacks even when the tab is black. I changed everything like the engine directx to opengl and vice versa and resolution and architecture from auto to arm and vice versa but the problem persists. Could anyone help me out. NB :- I Already have virtualization activated and all antivirus are disabled . 20200611_151557.mp4

So I built a new pc and it has a new hard drive and all but just for fun I tried to install an old hard drive from my previous computer ,which was and still is working fine on it, . But on my new pc when I select that drive as my primary boot medium it doesnt boot Properly. It had dual boot on it. Both ubuntu and windows 7. Now its showing some error filesystem not found
