  1. yes, it for sure would. i missed that part as well. you could try clearing the cmos(this will reset all bios settings to default).
  2. program is called ddu, not sure that it will fix your issue, but worth a shot. run it in safe mode, i usually select the shutdown for install option. then install the gpu once the pc turns off, boot up(if it lets you) and install the latest drivers. no need to put the old card in for this, just run it with your igpu. https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
  3. no like a full list of the parts, like all of them lol. also, what have you tried so far?
  4. trying re-seating the ram sticks, and trying with just one stick at a time(trying both individually).
  5. i would not recommend downgrading on a whim(if it's possible), if you do, be willing to accept any consequences. might also do some reading up on the googles to see if you can find people who have downgraded on that board, and what their experience with it was. might save you some headache. why not just put the 2600 in the other board and keep the 5600 in the current one, seeing as it is already working with the current combo?
  6. i would run "sfc /scannow" in cmd, check crystal disk for drive health, and go from there. reinstalling os may be the route to go, but i usually save it for last as it can be a pain depending on you data setup. edit: also check event viewer for any relevant errors/warning/criticals around the time of these events. might shine some light on the cause
  7. yes correct, you don't need to uninstall intel drivers. you don't need to keep it installed though, but as @RONOTHAN## said, windows update will probably reinstall them anyway, so it doesn't matter. it won't affect performance having the intel drivers installed. just install the amd drivers and you will be good to go.
  8. how could they trust that it's a genuine response if they consult them about their plans beforehand??
  9. you don't need to uninstall anything, it will work fine just installing the amd drivers.
  10. it's going to be a while for this game to come out, if the pc is doing what you need for now, i would just wait. prices will probably get lower in the year plus time-span.
  11. i wouldn't expect them to honor it, maybe I'll be wrong though. it's one thing to get the wrong set, it's another thing to use it anyway and then ruin it.
  12. for the budget, i would try and find a used dell optiplex or something(ideally something that is full form factor so you aren't limited in adding a dpu later on), there really isn't much worth doing imo without replacing all of it.
  13. try another cable for sure. it's free to try(assuming you have another one, or could just borrow one).
  14. do you have a laptop, or access to another pc(or friend's pc) to download the files to a flash drive and put on your pc? if not, i don't see any great ways around the issue. when you say looking for modem, what do you mean? can't you connect to the router you get your wifi from with a cable?
  15. upgraded my cpu from a 3700x to a 5800x3d i got for a good deal. i wasn't sure how much of an impact it would have, but to my surprise it made a pretty huge difference imo. especially in rust, averaging like 35fps higher. its with a 3080 10gb.
