Hello everyone this is my first ever build and I’m running into an issue where nothing will power up. I have my assumptions it’s the front panel cables. For my case (Deepcool Matrexx 50) came with 4 cables. A single cable for the Power Led+, Power Led-, a two headed for Power SW and a two header for HDD power+-. I do have the manual and have put the cables in as instructed but nothing happens. So I started tinkering and I found there is power to the board but it’s only indicative by putting the led power cables in the wrong places and the start up switches leds turn on. But this is the only indication power is there. I will provide pictures and I hope someone can help me. I’ll explain even further in-depth. When I put the front panel cables into my motherboard (MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard) nothing happens all in the correct locations and everything. But when I put the POWER LED- cable into pin 2 and POWER LED+ in pin 6 the led flashes. It also does this for other pins like pin 9 which is the reserve. So I tried to leave it like that and plug the rest of the cables in as indicated by the manual but still nothing. I’d bet I’m missing something here but to my knowledge I’ve checked most of the troubleshooting options. Thanks again for the help!

the Manual and YouTube guides show the wording on the cables should be facing down so that’s what I did but I also tried them facing up same result. Picture of the cables
