    I might have to try that, i know my bios has a timer setting for the fan speed stepdown, so I might try it when i reboot in the AM. Luckily my PC is in a separate room so it won't bother me overnight while it folds.

    So, I'm seeing some interesting temperature behaviour on this work unit I'm doing right now... It stays in the low 60's, the blasts up over 70 degrees before slowly ramping back down. And it doesn't appear to be a sensing issue, the UEFI is picking up on it too judging by the very annoying surges in fan speed. Is this just a facet of this WU? Has anyone else seen this? Processor is a Ryzen 3600. WU in question is PRCG 13832

    Yeah, I'm not in love with my temps either with a 212 and a 3600... Steady on at 71. Would like to be lower, especially with a 65w chip. No PBO. My RX590 isn't helping though more than likely. Then again case temp is 37 so not too bad. Also my 185W 590 is cooler than my 65w cpu. 71/59 C/G....

    Just got my first 2 WU's of the day I've had the client up since 6am EDT. It's really good that there's plenty of demand, but man that's a lot of idle time!

    I was folding for another team for about now, then i watched the folding video. So here i am, having finally joined the LTT forum after like 2 years of dedicated viewership. Can't wait to fold some more when i can get some sweet sweet WU's for my 3600/590 combo.
