Just wanted to update everyone real quick. I installed the new PSU last night, and although the coil whine did not go away completely, it's at least 70-80% quieter now. As soon as the fans kick up a bit, you can't even hear it anymore.

Having trouble with getting WUs for the last 2 days...if this keeps up you will ketchup. I need to mustard up another pc.

TBH This is the reason I upgraded my Maximus Hero X to the XI. I had done a lot of reading on the VRMs working, but would cause issue if I tried to push my 9900k to 5.0Ghz. In the end I did get the Hero XI. I am at 5.0GHz at 1.170V. I have a Corsair H150i keeping it cool. Max temp in P95 for 12 hrs. was 81c. I mainly game and when I F@H I Just use my GPU.

Would you entertain switching from Intel to AMD and then getting a 2080ti?

I've already gotten too many complaints about my puns. So I'm trying not to project my terrible puns too much. Guess I slot right in with you guys.

Best Buy only carries the 850W, and I can get it for $110 with my accrued rewards. I've also been striking out on most others on your list, either in inflated prices or stock issues.
 
As long as the 850W isn't a step down in reliability, I'll go with that one.

Two things, the 2200G is pretty meh especially if you have a dedicated GPU such as the 580, it would be best if you were to upgrade to like a Ryzen 5 1600af or maybe the 3600.
The 8GB of memory is another, 16GB is the minimum I would have in a gaming computer, especially if you are trying to stream or record at the same time.
