Well didn't win anything but placed 184th overall, not bad for my first time folding  closing in on 27million right now. Due to rise of power bill i had to scale back to just the one intel with dual video cards running 24/7. Power bill sky rocketed last month lol

Managed 578th place off my i5-9600k and a 2060. I'll take it. Time for a break now and to put my OC back.

My aging rig held up to the sudden demand I've thrown at it! And I'm going to keep at it.
 

I bought my 2808S 3 weeks ago and between the folding, Doom Etermal, Warzone with friends and Alyx it hasn't been idle much

Also thanks to @leadeater and everyone else who has helped us get through this event.

Remember. Every point counts, every completed WU has in some way helped with researching COVID-19 (or some other disease)

I'm truly happy to finish within to 10 but then I look up and see @Macaw2000 with more than 3x my point, and @Den-Fi with almost 3x the points I have.
And @walderston managed to beat me in daily points even though I was running 16x V100s for most of day 14. Especially for this event I don't care a tiny bit if someone has used mercenaries or not, completed WUs is all that matters! So thank you from a distance, to everyone who participated in this event! 👏 Hopefully they can use all of our hard work for something good in the near future.

Thank you @GOTSpectrum for an amazing event. This is my first, but I'll remember to check for new ones in the future! Maybe then I'll stick to a 100% homegrown farm. Eh. folding farm.

Wish I've cracked 300th, placed 315th. This was my first folding event, it's been a lot of fun

How one small parameter can change things... advances slot makes huge difference 😀

@Kilrah I am bout 4m behind but sadly gonna have to slow way the hell down ;(   I received a letter from my local power company saying they noticed power usage at my home more than double in the last week.

Those CPU WU don't pay a lot but they are important

ill tell you a secret. if it fails after the 3rd connection attempt. Restart the app. don't bother pausing and starting again. that always works for me. There are the occasional dead times tho.

I'm still having issues getting work units, having my computers sitting sometimes up to 3-4 hours... which is why my points chart is all over the place.
