  1. I'll have to try this later, but I think the problem is some games just straight up output 1080p just like the desktop would... thanks for the reply!
  2. Hi there! So for my setup, I use a 60hz 4K TV as my main display. Now unfortunately, my old graphics card is not nearly enough to run certain games (fallout 4 brought this on) and I need to run at 1080p or 1440p. One problem though, the nvidia control panel only lets me go up to 30hz when I use anything other then 4K resolution, but is perfectly fine running 60hz on 4K resolution. I tried using the custom resolution option, with both gpu and display scaling, but nothing seems to work. Can anybody help me out here? Thanks!
  3. Hi there! So, I have the Rosewill Prism S case, that comes with 4 preinstalled adressable RGB fans, and they work great with the button on top of the case, but I eventually plan on getting other RGB peripherals. The fan hub included with the case has an adressable RGB header, but my motherboard only has a single, non adressable header ( it’s the Gigabyte B450M DS3H ) and I want to try and get a RGB syncing software (like gigabyte RGB sync or something) so my future peripherals and my case lighting match up. Is there any way to get a fan hub that outputs to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard or something so I can take advantage of RGB lighting all synced up, lookin awesome? Thanks for any responses, Jon.
  4. I pinned it down by spinning all fans when the PC was off with my hand. I think the metal might have been bent during shipping somehow because the fans protected by the feet on the case were not making the noise. I gently hit the metal with a mallot and am putting the fan back on. I will keep you updated!
  5. Yeah that’s what I did, but the issue came back! I have 3 small washers probably amounting to .75 of a mm down there.
  6. Thank you! My PC is actually on a wooden table that looks a bit like hardwood floor, So I’m prepared for dust bunnies!
  7. Hi there, my first time on here! This Christmas I got a new case, the Rosewill Prism S to be exact, it has these RGB fans that have been a nightmare to get to work right. The intake fans on the bottom of the case’s fan blades have been hitting the bottom of the case, and making this horrible ticking noise (see attached video). I added washers to resolve this issue, but it eventually came back, so I added more washers. I’m on 3 layers of washers at this point. Does anybody know a better solution? My theory is that the fan blades are being pulled down by gravity because they are loose? Thank you!
