  1. Omg you where wrong, i reinstalled windows 10 2004 on both computers, installed the right drivers, since i installed English version where channal 149 is not banned (s20+ uses that in hotspot), and i achieved 112 MB/s woot.
  2. Ok thanks for the answers, just hoped something was wrong at my end.
  3. I tried that just now, speed i can get is between the wifi is 15-20 MB/s , i mean it has to do more right, even if planets are not fully alligned
  4. Hmm, well they state 1300 Mbit(1900 combined with the 2.4 Ghz) on their sites, so I think I'm ripped off then. Also, I have a tp-link ac600, it does support Hosted network supported, but its only 600 Mbit, and I can't find drivers for that, that allow it to see the 5Ghz hotspot.
  5. There is some aps, that can fool isp so they dont know you use data as hot spots. https://bfy.tw/OfaG
  6. No I have 2 computers, hence 2 Wi-Fi dongles, and I don't want the cable mess.
  7. I use my phone as internet, its faster and cheaper out here where i am, the drivers is for the wifi dongles. And about weak signal on the phone, thats why i bought some pretty big wifi dongles to begin with :-).
  8. Hi, I searched for hours on this, which I thought would be simple, but. I have 2 USB Wi-Fi devices, and I want to see how fast they can transfer between them, I don't have a router. The one is ASUS USB-AC68 and the other is Netgear Nighthawk A7000. Now one of the reasons I want to test it is because I'm using old drivers for AC68 and I'm using Edimax drivers/old AC68 drivers for Nighthawk (since they both have the same hardware Realtek 8814AU). Sigh, and the reason for that is, I bought Samsung S20+, and both Wi-Fi with default drivers, can't see the phone hotspot in 5 GHz, so I used hours to find other drivers that would allow 5Ghz to be enabled. But I'm wondering what driver is the fastest, and since it should be 1300Mbit devices and my internet is like 100Mbit, it's hard to tell. And if i use Samsung s20+ as a router to connect my 2 computers, i can reach a whopping 15-20 MB/s , that can't be right. So I tried the Microsoft near device share thing, did not work at all for my windows 101909, I tried that mhotspot, it did not pick up the virtual Wi-Fi device that was there, I tried the Connectify hotspot, didn't work either. netsh wlan show drivers Command shows this. And I think my problems are Hosted network supported: No But there has to be a method to test, I can connect my computers with LAN if that should help, or make virtual machines, but I dunno what to do now. So plz some kind sir show me a way to do this. Interface name: Wi-Fi Driver : ASUS USB-AC68 USB Wireless adapter Vendor : ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Provider : Realtek Semiconductor Corp. 9. Also aomei backupper is a good software to try.
  10. Maybe using that nvme, disable one of the sata ports, try swap sata ports
  11. You cannot boot windows from an usb drive, unless you do alot of other stuff first. You could get a drive image software like the one samsung made, Data migration software. https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools/ Oh i guess you need 2 m.2 slots for that.
  12. Or if its and samsung drive try their migration data software. https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools/
  13. If you have an ASUS board, goto the boot section, and select the 850 as boot order 1, in my boot option i can choose 970 or windows boot on 970, select the windows boot on your 850.
  14. Its called Samsung Data Migration software. https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools/
