TylerDurden! got a reaction from DoctorNick in How many fans
You can literally use as many fans as you can fit into whatever case you are using.  You can use a splitter and hook up multiple fans to the same header, or you can hard wire them to power, or run them off of a fan controller.

that "bound" thing is sorta misleading, for your system, the gpu is the bottleneck 36% of the time during the benchmark, the other 64% could be a combo of cpu & ram.  If you are at 0% gpu bound, then the rest of your system is the bottleneck for the benchmark.  For your system, I would just call it normal.  But then again you are using GPU that is twice the cost of your CPU

TylerDurden! got a reaction from Mark Kaine in Is PC gaming going to price itself out of relevancy?
go crack open some pc magazines from the 90's,   What was that big computer mag called, computer shopper or something.  You will see some nice prices.  go check prices in 2001.  I paid around $1000 for a system then.  I would say we have a much larger spread of what is available now and the prices are fair.  Take Ryzen motherboards, do you really need a $300 motherboard?, when a $100 board would do just fine?  do you need to spend stupid money on 4ghz memory or will 3000 do just fine?  GPUs are very inflated right now, but most people probably game at 1080, and even if you do have 4k and want to play that, then 30 to 50fps is still playable for most titles.  Cases are still the same price, unless you need to have something fancy.  We didn't have plexiglass or glass sided cases either, we use to have to take a friggen cutoff saw and customize our cases.  We even used those thin florescent lights instead of led strips they have now.  The biggest driver now is good ol supply and demand, although alot of it is pandemic related, along with an unexpected surge in people wanting to get into PC gaming, and here we are.  I would even say some prices are even artificial right now, but people are buying it up anyway.

As Zotac has a standard 2 year warranty according to their website, I would just write them and ask for replacement fans or RMA.

Check temps. Might be doing a thermal shutdown. How did you mount the h100? Ryzen wasn't out then so it shouldn't have mounting hardware.

You just have the jumpers oriented incorrectly on the pins when I took a closer look at the picture. You should have them Horizontal on the pins, going left and right, not up and down.
