  3. Hi Everyone! Reached another milestone, team rank 482. And new daily record 2.248M with 2070 Super and R5 3600 (includes few thousand points from 2 older cpu's).
  4. There is one known issue with GTX 1000 series GPU's. But there is a workaround. I have RTX so no problems... -Don

  7. Hi everyone! I have a problem booting my PC. The system power turns on, but won't boot randomly. I need to shut down power and reboot to get the system to boot. After that it runs just fine. After the problem surfaced, I have replaced my GPU, SSD and PSU. Running stock 3200MHz memory and Ryzen 5 3600. MB is MSI B450i Gaming Plus AC. Could it be my memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB 3200Mhz CL16 XMP2.0 v.4.32? I mean it is specified XMP not Ryzen. MSI support tell's version 4.31 is supported but no mention of v4.32... Help plz. -Don
  8. Hi! FAHCore 0xa7 is using most of my CPUs power even after lowered thread count to 6 (R3600)??? It's herder to just type this message cos of the lag... Is there a delay lowering threads? -Don
  9. Nice WUs past 7 days . Seems like others are getting too? Hope it stays like this.
  10. I mean all I did was slightly overclocked my GPU and suddenly my PPD got 30%+ higher...?
  11. Few days ago I overclocked my 2070S GPU slightly (core +50, mem +500) and changed my WiFi from 2.4GHz to 5GHz for faster connection. I have been running my R5 3600 on 8-core on the same system and couple other modest computers unchanged (CPU's only, old Core i5 and really old Phenom X3). After GPU OC and WiFi change my average PPD jumped from 1.3M to 1.75M. Main difference is the GPU. I wonder if there is some kind of sweet spot for WU assignments for GPU performance or was it just random? Any ideas?
  12. o/ Question. Can I pause folding to reboot my PC (for Windows update) and resume without loosing active work units? I think I have lost a couple previously but don't remember If I paused work before boot... -Don
