    got my CPU back to work, pause, unpause, pause, unpause, got lucky...

    I resolved my heat and noise problem by relocating my PC downstairs. One DP and one USB cable to upstairs to connect my screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers (USB HUB on in my Lenovo y27q-20).
