  1. Thanks, that worked. FYI I think it's Gigabyte Aorus for your signature.
  2. Hey I got maybe a little more than a quarter of that power... nice
  3. Well great, for the past hour I can't force acquisition of a WU by pausing and starting. It just says paused then unpaused at that's it, no timer showing at all before next attempt Servers pls
  4. Well it's just a Nvidia GT635M so it's not like it really has any power. Almost 8 year old laptop and it still runs, swapped to SSD naturally. Ran DDU and still didn't fix it so I just removed the GPU slot so it won't keep asking for work units and heat up only to fail. Gotta leave that thermal capacity for the CPU to use. Got my trusty main rig going at 70C peak CPU and 65C peak GPU with a Ryzen 5 2600x and RTX2080 Super. Churning out those Work Units really well.
  5. It's pretty cool checking EOC and seeing people around my score getting beaten by my rate, all of that green text saying I'm gonna overtake. Decent number greyed out so they have a higher initial score and rate. Only 1 direct contender right (behind in score but greater rate). At this point I'm just trying to make sure I get those work units so I can get as close as I can to that PPD they tease us with.
  6. I read somewhere that the 8000 series is no longer supported when wondering why my GT600 series keeps getting errors.
  7. Imagine starting up an old laptop as an extra contributor because it's the only other thing with dedicated graphics only to have OpenCL errors cancelling the GPU work unit :(. Hopefully DDU will fix the issue.
