    make sure for Nvidia you enable cuda in task mgr or compute for amd see below In those dropdowns there will be a cuda option if you have nvidia.

    Are you using Task Manager to look at GPU usage?
    If so, be sure to set the graph to 'CUDA', as Task Manager splits different sorts of workload percentages over different graphs. 'CUDA' being the graph where you will see F@H usage.

     
    Alternatively you could use a program like HWInfo64/HWMonitor/MSI Afterburner, which will just display how much your videocard is being used.

    Configure a CPU slot and that will take care of your CPU utilization being low. Or if you already have a CPU slot configured it likely just can't get a Work Unit (WU) right now.
     
    EDIT - at 98% your not going to get anything more out of a 1060. Adding another GPU Slot ontop of the existing can be done but it WILL tank your points. Expect about 400,000-500,000 Points per day off that 1060
     
    Edit2 - read that backwards. You have to look at Compute in Task Manager to see how busy that GPU is really. Should be 95-98% busy on Core22
