This was most noticeable when recently playing Doom Eternal, but my CPU usage is never above 20-25% and my GPU remains at around 6-10% at highest. I'm not as familiar with many of the issues that could be occuring as I'm relatively new at this, so I was wondering what you guys thought. All I know is that the numbers should definitely be higher, especially as I'm experiencing constant framerate drops regardless of settings. Temperatures are seemingly stable at all times.
