    HI i bought an used rx 580 from ebay that was probably used for mining and I recently flashes its bios back to the orginal bios and im seeing lower than normal FPS I get around 144 with a couple of frame dips going to 80 fps BUT in recent benchmarks specifically in the game "Fortnite" I see them getting 200+ easily without any frame dips any suggestions my PC specs are below.     When I press delete I cant even go into bios nothing works my keyboard or mouse

    I cant enter bios when I press delete key it doesn’t work

    So I changed a couple of bios settings one being boot time I changed it to ultra fast and now I get this message and my mouse or keyboard dont work

    It worked when i got it and then it just stopped working all of sudden do you think i can get a refund for that

    I bought my motherboard from ebay as well as that offbrand power supply it still didnt work outside of the case also how do u think my morherboard became “dead”

    The seller denied my replacement /return and I have no money to get a new motherboard im just trying to play games and everytime i go to better my setup or pc this happens

    The PCIE slot doesnt work in it

    Ok so basically my new motherboard whi ch is already in my case it does not boot up or power on at all but when i switch it to my old motherboard which is not broken it powers up wnd boots up. I have a Dell Optiplex 9010 and i used the default power supply unit with my new motherboard (the one inside the case) When i use it the cpu fan and case fan in the back powers up. Also if u havent already review all the streamable links.

    Either way Ive teated the main morherboard with another power supply and CPU fans spin up so a dead motherboard is not the case

    But when i tried it on the test motherboard it didnt work either it would power on for 2 seconda and then tuff off

    As I CLEARLY explained im the video the test motherboard powers up and shuts down after 2 seconds and the one in my chasis doesnt power up at all

    I reseated the cpu and motherboard cables and still nothing

    I dont think so it did the same thing wear the blue light turned on and turned immediately off except it never turned back on and never showed the blue lighting on my power supply
