i have a dell 7755 laptop with i7-7700HQ cpu. I have problems with the powel limit throttling because when I play at random moments the power limit is set to 10W which decreases the speed of cpu and fps. I have a throttlestop program can it help? How should I configure it to solve the problem?

I have a dell 7755 laptop that is overheating. If I remove the flip at the bottom of the laptop, is the pad blowing straight on the components to cool them down more, or leave the flip as it is?

I have a laptop with an i7-7700HQ processor, I have speedstep and turbo boost enabled. Cpu is undervolted but it's not that fault because without udervolted it still slows. it is not the fault of the temperatures either.

Hi I have a laptop with an i7-7700HQ processor (4 cores, 8 logic processors) and when I play games it slows down to about 1.3GHz. Which tachnologies should I turn on and which turn off (intel sgx, speed step, c-states, speed shift) turbo boost should probably be turned on. Temperatures are max. 83 ℃. If you have any other questions please ask.
