  1. Alright thanks! Gonna pull the trigger on the buy than.
  2. I've decided that I should just refund it than, because yeah, an SSD should be lasting longer than 2 days. I'm thinking of getting this Intel one instead: https://www.newegg.ca/intel-660p-series-1tb/p/N82E16820167462
  3. I've been having problems with my SSD, although these developed after it was working. I originally installed it, and it was working fine. It than disconnected randomly, and wasn't showing up until I switched it to my other M.2 port. It worked for a bit, but suddenly stopped again. This time I felt it and it was very hot. I switched it back to the other port, but it isn't being detected at all anymore. Mind you the second M.2 port doesn't have a heat spreader on it like the first one did. Is the M.2 dead? It has only been in use for about a day. 4. Yeah I'm buying my parts right now and decided to go with the carbon, thanks for the suggestion!
  5. So I guess spending an extra $20 would be future proofing, right? I guess its worth it if it's a $20 upgrade.
  6. What are some problems with the Gigabyte B450 motherboards? I kind of like the IO on the one I have on my list already, more than this one and the other A PRO MAX boards.
  7. The case absolutely is not a must, I just kinda liked the look of it. Also didn't realize there were better options for the RAM and monitor, thanks for that. As for the PSU, is the low operating temp a problem because it heats up, or it just likes being in a colder ambient environment in general?

Mind you one key thing is that the GPU + CPU were already given to me by a buddy who upgraded their system, so the rest of the build was centered around them. If there are any blaring issues or places where I should swap out a part, I'm completely open to suggestions (it's kind of why I'm posting here lol). Thanks for the tips!.
