It's a corsair CX series 80+ bronze. Do you think overclocking my GPU would help at all with the lag?

Update: When playing Generation Zero on ultra graphics the mouse and keyboard are both unbearable. I couldn't hit esc to exit the game. On really high performance it is just ridiculous.

1. It is indeed in a USB 3 slot. I have tried it in both a 2 and a 3. 2. I used an online calculator to calculate my minimum power usage and I got 450 watts, should I get a more powerful PSU? 3. I will give that a shot! Thanks!

Hey all! First time PC builder here, everything works great except for one little annoying problem.... My wireless mouse keeps stuttering! It happens mostly under heavy load from my CPU and GPU. Oddly enough, my mouse will work again if I turn it off and on again too? Any tips or pointers on how to fix this? I have updated the drivers of my GPU and flashed my BIOS, and replaced the battery on the mouse. My mouse works on my laptop perfectly fine and my wireless keyboard works fine with my desktop. I am thoroughly confused and annoyed :c Particularly, I have played two games to test the lagging: War Thunder on leverything from low to high graphics, it seems to lag more on high but still lags even on low. Subnautica: Below Zero on high graphics: lags wayyyy less but still slightly.
