  1. I have a Samsung S29E790C (60Hz 29" 2560x1080). So it's a bit lower end (Only $360) and I could only imagine the Acer X34 would be better in every way. To be honest, I don't play a wide range of FPS, mainly Battlefield 4. It works beautifully on that, the only drawback, is that in BF4, there are black bars on each side in only the menus. Overall I enjoy the experience.
  2. Yes, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is compatible with your CPU. I think you should be able to reach 4.3 GHz since it doesn't require much extra voltage. For compatibility reasons, what case do you have?
  3. Being the owner of an Ultrawide monitor myself, I would say go with the 3440x1440 monitor. I really enjoy how Ultrawides cover most of my peripheral vision and indulges me into whatever I'm playing. Not to mention that two GTX 980Tis should kick ass in 3440x1440 100Hz.
  4. Metro 2033 is the first installment of the Metro series, so the storyline is before Metro: LL. Metro: LL, as you can guess, is the sequel to Metro 2033. The corresponding Redux versions are just overhauled into new game engines if I'm correct. The best ones are the Redux versions. Hope I helped.
  5. The R9 390 tends to perform ever so slightly better than the GTX 970, and also tends to be a bit cheaper. You also get the benefit of 8GB of VRAM if games ever need that much. I would recommend the R9 390.
  6. Well it's only $30, so if it does break, it won't be too much of a blow. I would try it out just to see, however long it lasts.
  7. What sort of tasks do you do on this PC? If you do any extensive gaming, I would, in my opinion, invest into a newer platform and CPU, something like an Intel Core i5-6400 + R9 380. This option would also remove the necessity for any sort of aftermarket cooling solution since it's not extensively OC'able (The i5-6400). If you say the CPU still satisfies your needs, then I would say go ahead with your lovely upgrade! Like others have said, that motherboard will allow for some pretty good overclocking on that 1100T
  8. According to this, it is TTY (Teletype). " Your iPhone is set up to work with a teletype (TTY) machine, which is used by those who are hearing- or speech-impaired. You need an optional Apple iPhone TTY Adapter (suggested retail price $19) to connect your iPhone to a TTY machine"
  9. I would set the VCore to 1.3v and the Multiplier on All-Core to 42 (4.2 GHz) or 43 (4.3 GHz). See if that's stable and/or brings down temperatures.
  10. What voltage are you running at on your 5820K? Also, I'm not sure the H90 would be a huge uprgade, I would suggest the NZXT X41 over the H90, since the X41 has a thicker radiator that would yield better performance.
  11. That's a pretty well rounded build I would say. However, you have picked a Micro-ATX alongside an ATX case, which will be compatible, but might be a bit unwieldy in the aesthetics department. This system should be able to play pretty much all games at 1080p decently high details.
  12. He's has the NZXT Hue, which is a bit different, it uses a "Red", "Green", and "Blue" knob that controls the intensity of its respective colors to create a combination of colors. So no software.
  13. Turn the Green knob all the way off, turn the Red knob all the way up, and then slowly turn the Blue knob until you get pink
  14. Like @Chasem121 said, you certainly "could", but I wouldn't count on the consequence to be pleasant.
  15. I would try Revolution by Diplo to test out the bass personally. Also, I very much envy your car.
  16. Hopefully Zen will be the beginning of this comeback. There's not telling the future though, so all I can do is hope.
  17. According to 10fastfingers.com, 91 WPM, however when typing full on sentences with punctuation, it's about 60 - 80
  18. My brother's been running an FX-8320 OC'ed to 4.9 GHz (1.475v) and a heavily OC'ed R9 290 for almost a year now on his CX750M, sure it's not ideal nor would I recommend it, but it's not going to fry all of your components.
  19. Most likely because you're located in New Zealand. US gets a lot of servers. Shame that foreign players are left out.
  20. No, because the heat is not being removed from the water, so your CPU would eventually overheat.
