I already have the newest driver version

Hi, so I´ve build my first PC a month ago or so and there is basically just one problem I have. Sometimes while I play something I get a blackscreen for about 5 seconds, while my screen is black, the game sound stops (other apps like spotify or Discord keep playing). After that, the screen comes back up and everything is running normaly again until a new short blackscreen comes up. Sometimes there is an hour between these blackscreens, sometimes it´s just 5 minutes. This doesn´t happen however when I´m just in an internet browser or something like this. I´ve also already tried to uninstall and re-install my graphics driver, it didn´t help. It´s not something that completely ruins my gaming experience, but with time it starts to really annoy me. my specs: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Pulse Crucial Ballistix 16GB 3200 Mhz RAM I´m happy about any help!
