So right now I have a i5 6500 6th gen Intel processor with a 1060 3gb which is overclocked (with msi afterburner) my motherboard is a H110M-E/M.2. If I load a game for example fortnite, my processor will run at about 80-90% and sometimes hit 100% while my graphics card stays around 45-55%. I believe this is a “bottleneck” and I was thinking about upgrading my processor. I was thinking about the i5 9400f 9th gen processor but was not sure if it was compatible with my motherboard and if it is a decent and worth it upgrade.
