Hello all i am building a new computer so far i have a 10600k and a msi mpg z490 gaming edge wifi i am looking at a ddr4 4400mhz c19 $129 set or a ddr4 3800mhz c14 $199 both on the comparability list anyone have any insight as to witch would be best for gaming? And if the $70 price up is worth it for tighter timings?

I am purchasing a 9600k and i don't want to go full custom loop so i figured I'd ask what is the best aoi 240mm or 280 mm for overclocking it
