So I created an account in here so that I could just post this. I've seen many others threads about this but none of the "fixes" work for me.
Recently iv'e bought a ''new'' used PC its specs are ok for 200$. My biggest problem is with my GPU usage in games and also FPS... Mostly I play CSGO where gpu usage is 0%, but time to time spikes up to 30-40% or 70% or even 100%, but clock speed stays only at 300Mhz-400Mhz, GPU temps are about 43C. My proccesor is being used around 70-85%, temps are also around 43C. I also have downloaded Apex Legend, but that's the only other game i have. In Apex my cpu usage was 90-100%, but my GPU usage was also 100%(it was unstable all the time going from 0-100% and 100-0%), but this time clock speed was at max. all the temps were OK. In MSI kombustor GPU was stable 100% usage and max clock speed. Please help me with this solution, beucase I've seen this card on similar PC specs push more than 200 fps in CSGO on high settings when on my PC on low settings it's pushing only 100 fps.

- Pentium G3220 3.0Ghz
- MSI RX 570 4G armour OC
- 2x8GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
- 128GB SSD (where cs go is installed)
- 240GB SSD
- NZXT single fan liquid cooler
What I've already tried:
- Set Windows power plan settings to ultimate perfomance
- Doing a clean GPU drivers
- Updating BIOS, and all other drivers
- and others...
