  1. Hi, I have a PC with an Intel 9700k and a 2080 Super GPU. The GPU runs fine in every game, getting the expected framerates except in Ark Survival Ascended. In ASA I cant get over 20fps even with the lowest resolution (640x480), lowest graphics settings and DLSS on Ulta Performance. While ASA is a very demanding game (and completly unoptimized) and my GPU isnt the newest anymore, this cant be right. My drivers are all updated, I disabled all ingame overlays but the performance doesnt change. I also ran some benchmarks to see if my GPU is broken, but my GPU is performing as expected in all Benchmarks and every other game. Does anyone have suggestions what could be causing this?
  2. Budget (including currency): Country: Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'm currently in the process of upgrading my pc. I want to demanding games like ARK Ascended and Cyberpunk 2.0. I currently have a 9700k and 2080 Super which is fine but not great anymore. I'm thinking of getting the 7900 XTX and a AMD 7800X3D. Because upgrading all at once is kinda expensive I think I want to buy the 7900 XTX now, and upgrade my mainboard and CPU in a month or two. My current PSU has 650 Watts and I would like to know, if I have to upgrade this for the 7900 XTX. I will definitly upgrade once I have the new CPU (and memory) but it would be nice if the 7900 XTX would run with my 650W PSU. I tried some PSU Calculator Websites but every website gave me a different number which is why I then used PC Part Picker which told me I need ~560 Watts. Does this mean my PSU is powerful enough? I heard that during peak performance GPUs draw more power than the TDP. Looking forward to helpful anwers
  3. yeah, i think it works not, but a proper solution would still help. My friend for example has a 1070ti and this solution wouldnt work for him
  4. but there has to be a proper way to fix this?
  5. Hyperx Cloud Alpha Gaming Headset, MSI Z390-A Pro, but I dont think this is relevant because my friend is having the same issues on a completly different setup. The headset is connected directly into the mainboard audio jacks
  6. My microphone is recording my headphone audio. If the output is loud enough the microphone will record parts of it. If I disable my microphone or plug it out, it still happens. If I disable the microphone in the Sounds Panel in Windows it doesnt happen. If I disable the Audio Output in the Windows Sounds Panel it also doesnt happen. This started happening when I got a AUX headset. Before I had an USB Headset, where this didnt happen. My friend has the same problem, also with AUX headphones. This happens wheather the Headset is connected in the PC Case or the Mainboard. I hope someone can help me out.

  8. I've looked at some other peoples gpus and they said their 2080 / 2080 ti are at maximum 60-70 °C when gaming. My 2080 Super goes up to 86 °C when gaming. Is that safe? This is the GPU: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/zotac-rtx-2080-super-twin-fan.b7011
  9. yeah, its a zotac. My pc is prebuilt but the document for the gpu isn't in the box where everything else is. The gpu looks very similar like this: https://www.zotac.com/de/product/graphics_card/zotac-gaming-geforce-rtx-2080-super-amp
