Hey guys! After quitting my job, I received a paycheck with an incorrect amount of hours, less than what I actually worked. After confronting the person in charge of the payroll, the manager claimed to keep documentation of every thing and also claimed that I did not work on certain days. I have confirmation from another employee who saw me working at those days however. How should I proceed? If it helps, I live in California so any info about the California labor law would be appreciated.
