I know that case, seems to be a great watercooling solution. But I don't think its avaliable in my country.

So I uninstalled the driver and cleared the NVIDIA folder with DDU,  and now it's perfectly fine! Thanks!
I'll see if MHW crashes laster.

I've got custom watercooling for my system, the CPU block is Corsair Hydro XC7 (kinda small, will it be better if I change to a full coverage EK one?)
It goes to 4.0 with the "Load 4.0GHz OC preset" thing in BIOS, but it can't go to 4.1 even if I boost to 1.45V, don't dare boosting that higher.

I also have a issue with OCing my RAM, Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16GBx4 3200Mhz, sometimes the PC won't boot with the "safe 3200 preset", which is 3200Mhz, CL14, 1.4V. I've also heard that a 4000MHz Trident Z Royal can go up to 5G, so how far can mine go?

Yes. And for 3D modeling your setup sounds great.  It's one of the only things that can actually use that hardware.  Unlike the games, it doesn't run in SLI.  It uses something called NVLink.  It's designed for more than 4-8 cores as well, so it doesn't matter that the individual cores on Threadripper are slow.  Games aren't like that though.  They need a few fast cores and one GPU.
Black Flag is supposed to work with SLI, but it causes problems.  For an older title like that, you shouldn't need two 2080 Ti's anyway.  Even with every setting maxed out, my 980 Ti holds a steady 60fps at 1440p, and it's only at around 80% usage.  A single 2080 Ti should be able to run it at 4K without issue.
